Poetry & Performance
I started writing short stories and poems at the age of eight. I became interested in acting very early on, and this was followed by courses and first experiences in theatre and film. Since 2013 I have been publishing in various anthologies and literary magazines in Germany and abroad (see publications). In 2016 I was on a poetry slam stage for the first time and have been an integral part of the German-speaking slam scene ever since. In 2018 I became Poetry Slam State Champion for Vienna, Lower Austria and Burgenland, and reached 5th place at the Poetry Slam European Championship in Budapest. In 2021 I was awarded the Slömy's "Best Performance" and "Best Evergreen Text". With over 500 performances in over 15 countries on three continents, I am one of the most successful, performative and active slam poets in the German-speaking world.
