Cultural event organizer and moderator
As a presenter, I bring together stage, language, and audience. With experience from over 25 countries and hundreds of events at home and abroad, from poetry slams to multi-day festivals, from youth programs to corporate meetings and international conferences, I create evenings that leave a lasting impression.
I moderate in German and English, adapt to the tone of your event, and bring my own artistic impulses where desired.
In 2020, I founded Poetry slam'md – an association for performing arts, literature, and youth culture – and, as chairwoman, launched Austria's first and only regularly held international poetry slam. At each edition of slam'md – The Poetry Slam with Thunder in the Redbox Mödling – a poet from abroad, or with a migration background and a multilingual theme, is invited to perform outside of the competition.

Since 2024, Donaudichten Tulln and Wortwörtlich Wördern (St. Andrä Wördern) have also taken place under the leadership of my association Poetry slam'md, and since 2024 I have also been organizing the pOHOetry Slam in Oberwart in southern Burgenland, as well as the PÖetry Slam in Freiraum St. Pölten since 2026.
Through this important work I was able to shape the Lower Austrian literature/youth culture scene, so that now, after many years, Austria's largest federal state finally has its own increasingly strong poetry slam scene.
With the continuous expansion of the association since 2024, I officially stepped down as chairwoman of the association in 2026, but remain active as a member as well as a cultural organizer and moderator of the PÖetry Slam and the pOHOetry Slam.
As an active part and founding member of the World Poetry Slam Organization (WPSO), I represent Austria internationally and have co-organized the Poetry Slam European Championship 2019 in Milan (IT), the 2021 championship in Brussels (BE), and the 2022 Poetry Slam World Championship in Brussels (BE) - and co-moderated the latter two in English.
In collaboration with SLAMKOLLEKTIV, I am also organizing the 2026 Poetry Slam European Championship, which will take place in Graz from November 19th to 21st, 2026 – the first time in Austrian history that the event has been held there. On November 19th, I will co-host the opening show with my colleague Yannick Steinkellner at the Orpheum Graz, and on the 21st, Elif Duygu will join me as co-host of the grand final at the Next Liberty Theater.
Whether it's a film premiere, cultural event, reading, panel discussion, concert, anniversary celebration, etc. - I love to guide you through programs in a professional and charming way.
Ideally also with artist talks, interview situations, discussion formats, etc.

Apart from my work on the Textstrom team, Vienna's oldest poetry slam, and my years of involvement with the U20 Poetry Slam at Dschungel Wien in the Museumsquartier, as well as with the Slamalphas - an association dedicated to promoting FLINTA in the field of poetry slam - I organize and moderate numerous cultural events both at home and abroad.
For example, in 2023 I launched the Dunaj Poetry Project: a collaboration between the Austrian, Slovak, and Hungarian poetry slam scenes in cooperation with the Austrian, Slovak, and Hungarian cultural institutes in Vienna, Bratislava, and Budapest. This also led to the "Democracy and Learning German on the Danube" project of the Central Agency for Schools Abroad of the Federal Foreign Office, for which I had the opportunity to travel to Bratislava, Budapest, Bucharest, and Sofia several times between 2024 and 2026.
